How do you keep the robotic mower from being stolen?

You can set Husqvarna's Automower to trigger an alarm whenever the mower is picked up; you have to re-enter the PIN code to turn off the alarm. There is also an app that lets you track the mower's GPS location.

Will there be crooked mower strips in my lawn?

Automower will provide you with a beautiful carpet-like lawn as an extension of your home outside.

Won't my yard have a lot of grass clippings?

Not really, because the clippings from mowing are so small they can drop all the way to the soil level. In fact, you may have trouble seeing them. Since the clippings are sitting on top of the soil, they will decompose into the ground and act as a natural fertilizer, passing on nutrients and making the soil healthier.

How safe is the Automower?

The blades will automatically retract when they make contact with a solid object, like a rock, branch or toy left in the backyard.

How does the Automower know to stay in my yard.

Automower works in the perimeter marked by a special wire that your technician installs for you. That creates an invisible fence to keep your mower within the boundaries.

How long do the batteries last? And how long is the lifespan?

Depending on the model of Automower you own or purchase, the mow time will be 1 to 4 hours of mowing. However Automower will know when its battery is low and it will dock itself at its charger to charge before continuing to cut.
The lifespan of the batteries will last about 5 - 7 years. Best practices for battery care would be to set the run time to match the total time it takes to cut your lawn and you can also reduce your mowing times during the dry summer heat.
